Thanks to a very good tutorial I’ve added an AJAX search to the site. Try it out with the search bar above–it’s very, very slick.

That is pretty slick. Were you lead to AJAX through K2, or was it something you’d been tossing around for awhile?

AJAX is something I’ve been eyeing for some time and wanting to play with, but never really got around to figuring out how to code it. I still don’t know how to code it–that tutorial was really mostly cut-and-paste. I’m hoping to pick up some more soon, and I have a Ruby on Rails book that should be arriving next week.
